Randy J. Harvey Ph.D., J.D. is the Managing Partner at Employment Law Professionals Northwest LLC. The Firm’s office is in Sherwood, Oregon. The firm has attorneys who are licensed in both Oregon and California. Randy holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon in Education, Policy, and Management, a Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School, a Master of Arts from Western Seminary, a Master of Science from Eastern Oregon University along with two Bachelor of Science degrees in History and Education respectively.
Prior to becoming an attorney Randy worked in public education from 1977 to 2007, working as a teacher, principal, and finishing as the human resources director for Tigard-Tualatin School District. After thirty-years in education he started his law career in May 2008, in Sacramento, California where he practiced for three years, before returning to Oregon in 2011 to open his practice here.
Randy’s practice focuses on wills, trusts, probates, and guardian and conservatorships. He also practices in employment law areas as a litigator assisting other members of the legal team with their cases. The firm handles cases in Administrative forums (state and federal), mediation and arbitration, state and federal courts in California and Oregon, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
